Background
Mediates the translocation of RNA and DNA across the lysosomal membrane during RNA and DNA autophagy (RDA), a process in which RNA or DNA is directly imported into lysosomes in an ATP-dependent manner, and degraded , a process in which RNA or DNA is directly imported into lysosomes in an ATP-dependent manner, and degraded .
