Background
Residual HEK 293 host cell proteins (HCPs) adversely affect the purity of biotech products. Long-term administration of products containing HCPs may cause allergic responses in recipients. In addition, HCPs may exert adjuvant effects, prompting the generation of drug-targeted antibodies and further impairing therapeutic efficacy. The level of residual HEK 293 HCPs is a key quality indicator that also reflects the batch consistency of biological products.

Storage
The kit should be stored at 2–8°C and protected from light, with a shelf life of 12 months. After opening, any unused components must be kept tightly sealed and stored under the same conditions (2–8°C, protected from light).
