Background
Plant vesicles are of significant research value in intercellular communication, immune regulation, and cross‑species modulation. However, their isolation is challenged by the complex composition of plant tissues—such as polysaccharides and phenolic interferences—and the dense cell wall structure, often resulting in low yield and insufficient purity.
This kit is specifically designed for succulent plant tissues. It efficiently releases vesicles from plant samples and removes non‑vesicle components, enabling the isolation of high‑quality plant vesicles. The purified vesicles are suitable for various downstream applications, including electron microscopy analysis, NTA particle size analysis, nucleic acid analysis, protein analysis, cell‑based assays, and animal experiments.

Precautions:
1.For the 2 T kit: Store Solution A at -80°C immediately upon receipt. Thaw at 4°C before use and use it as soon as possible after thawing. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are strictly prohibited.
2.For the 20 T kit: Solution A may be aliquoted into single-use volumes and stored at -80°C upon receipt. Remove the required aliquot from storage and thaw before use.
3.A brownish-yellow precipitate may form in Solution A upon standing; this is a normal phenomenon. Please mix well before use.
4.If strict requirements for endotoxin control are necessary, the juicing step must be performed strictly in a biosafety cabinet. Ensure that all critical supplies and equipment are properly sterilized before use. 5.Purified plant vesicles can be stored in a -80°C refrigerator. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent rupture of the plant vesicles.

Data

This image presents a comparison of plant vesicle samples from two sources (Honeysuckle and Rhodiola):
It includes NTA particle analysis (to assess the vesicle properties of the two samples).
It also features BCA protein concentration data (to indicate protein content).
Additionally, there are electron microscopy images (to display the morphology of vesicles from both sources at the same magnification).
Storage
-80°C / ambient
Shipping temp:
Solution A:Transport on dry ice and store at -80°C. Thaw at 4°C before use. Aliquot and use to avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles. Valid for 1 year at -80°C. Other components: Transport and store at room temperature. Valid for 1 year.
