Background
ExoPura® Mag is a high‑efficiency magnetic bead‑based exosome isolation and purification kit developed by Shanghai Umibio Biotechnology Co., Ltd. It is specifically designed for the rapid capture and high‑purity enrichment of exosome vesicles from liquid biopsy samples such as serum and plasma. The kit utilizes a functionalized polymer layer immobilized on the magnetic bead surface, which binds to exosomes in a charge‑dependent manner under optimized buffer conditions. Subsequently, by adjusting the salt concentration gradient and acid‑base balance of the buffer, exosomes are gently dissociated from the magnetic beads, resulting in highly intact exosome preparations with low impurity levels. This kit features high purity, preserved exosome structure, simple operation, and high efficiency. The isolated exosomes are suitable for various downstream applications, including electron microscopy analysis, NTA particle size analysis, protein analysis, nucleic acid analysis, cell‑based assays, and animal experiments.
