Background
Macrofungal vesicles play important roles in therapeutic applications such as immunomodulation, anti-tumor activity, and neural repair. However, their isolation faces technical bottlenecks due to the complex composition of fruiting body tissues (e.g., interfering substances like polysaccharides and terpenoids) and the dense cell wall structure, often resulting in low vesicle yield and insufficient purity. This Plant Vesicle Isolation and Purification Kit is specifically designed for macrofungi. It efficiently releases vesicles from fungal fruiting body tissues and removes non‑vesicle components. The resulting vesicles are suitable for electron microscopy analysis, NTA particle size analysis, nucleic acid analysis, protein analysis, cell-based assays, and animal experiments.

Precautions:
1.For the 2 T kit: Store Solution A at -80°C immediately upon receipt. Thaw at 4°C before use and use it as soon as possible after thawing. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are strictly prohibited.
2.For the 20 T kit: Solution A may be aliquoted into single-use volumes and stored at -80°C upon receipt. Remove the required aliquot from storage and thaw before use.
3.A brownish-yellow precipitate may form in Solution A upon standing; this is a normal phenomenon. Please mix well before use.
4.If strict requirements for endotoxin control are necessary, the juicing step must be performed strictly in a biosafety cabinet. Ensure that all critical supplies and equipment are properly sterilized before use. 5.Purified plant vesicles can be stored in a -80°C refrigerator. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent rupture of the plant vesicles.
2.For the 20 T kit: Solution A may be aliquoted into single-use volumes and stored at -80°C upon receipt. Remove the required aliquot from storage and thaw before use.

Data

This image showcases vesicle analysis results for Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi mushroom):
It includes NTA particle analysis (to evaluate the characteristics of the fungal vesicles).
It also presents BCA protein concentration data (to reflect protein content in the sample).
Additionally, there is an electron microscopy image (to display the morphology of the isolated vesicles at 500 nm magnification).
Storage
-80°C / ambient
Shipping temp:
Solution A:Transport on dry ice and store at -80°C. Thaw at 4°C before use. Aliquot and use to avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles. Valid for 1 year at -80°C. Other components: Transport and store at room temperature. Valid for 1 year.
