Background
ARExVisual® Enhanced Poly-HRP Goat Anti-Mouse,Rabbit IgG is a high-performance, universal two-step polymer detection system designed for immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. This reagent combines a signal enhancer with a micropolymer-conjugated secondary antibody, specifically optimized for the sensitive detection of mouse and rabbit primary antibodies. It is an essential component of the ARExVisual® IHC detection platform, delivering excellent sensitivity, low background, and reliable staining results for both manual and automated IHC workflows.
Principle of Detection
This product is suitable for staining paraffin-embedded tissue sections. After dewaxing, heat-induced antigen retrieval, and staining procedures, it allows visualization of tissue morphology and distribution of characteristic proteins.
Utilizing the latest micropolymer technology, enzymes are conjugated to highly branched polymers forming dense chain-like structures. This greatly increases the density of enzyme labeling, provides broader adaptability to different tissue fixation methods and durations, and reduces variability caused by differences in tissue collection and processing. The system is characterized by simplicity, speed, high sensitivity, and excellent reproducibility.

Note
1.This product is intended for research use only and should not be used for any other purposes.
2.Appropriate protective measures should be taken to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
3.DAB has sensitizing properties. Operators should wear gloves during use and avoid direct skin contact as much as possible. Rinse thoroughly with water immediately after contact. The chromogenic reagent contains DAB. Reagent bottles should be kept tightly sealed to prevent leakage. In case of leakage, handle with gloves and avoid direct skin contact.
4.Incomplete dewaxing can easily affect staining results. It is recommended to perform dewaxing for immunohistochemical sections separately from routine HE staining dewaxing.
5.To prevent possible false positive or false negative results, positive and negative controls must be set up during the experiment.
6.During the experiment, when adding reagents, excessive PBS buffer may dilute the reagent and cause weaker staining intensity. Therefore, excess buffer should be removed before applying the reagent.

FAQs
Are the pathology antibodies provided by AREX raw antibodies or ready-to-use solutions?
AREX Biosciences specializes in supplying high-quality IHC pathology raw antibodies (Raw Antibodies). We do not manufacture ready-to-use working solutions or IVD diagnostic reagents. We mainly provide concentrated raw materials to pathology reagent manufacturers and diagnostic platform companies to support product development and OEM production.
What development scenarios are pathology raw antibodies mainly used for?
Our raw antibodies are primarily used for the research, performance optimization, validation, and commercial-scale production of pathology IHC detection reagents. They are also suitable for companion diagnostics (CDx) projects and antibody screening.
How can I evaluate whether a raw antibody is suitable for our staining platform?
It is recommended to focus on specificity, sensitivity, background control, and performance on your target automated platforms (such as Roche Ventana, Leica Bond, Agilent Dako, etc.). We can provide internal test data for reference, but we recommend partners perform actual validation on their own platforms.
Can you provide samples for platform validation?
Yes. We can provide validation samples depending on the specific product. Some products may be provided free of charge, while others may involve a small sample fee. Handling fee and shipping fee will be charged separately. Please contact us for detailed confirmation.
How should raw antibodies be paired with detection systems?
AREX raw antibodies can be used with various polymer detection systems and ancillary reagents. We recommend optimization in combination with the ARExVisual® system or your existing detection platform to achieve better signal intensity and background control.
