Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 37 (ANKRD37), also known as Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 2-binding protein, hLrp2bp. Subcellular location: Nucleus; Cytoplasm Tissue specificity: Mainly expressed in testis, small intestine, colon, blood leukocytes and in pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells PTM: Ubiquitinated by the CRL2(FEM1B) complex, leading to its degradation
