Sandwich ELISA analysis of pTau205 by ARA6848 & ARA6837.
Microtiter plates were coated with ARA6848 as the capture antibody.
Recombinant pTau205 protein (Cat. AXP6615) was applied as the antigen.
Biotin-conjugated pTau205 Antibody (ARA6837) served as the detection antibody, followed by streptavidin-HRP incubation.
Result: ARA6848 and ARA6837 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of pTau205.

Epitope analysis of pTau205 by ARA6848 by ELISA.
Synthetic peptides with or without phosphorylation at indicated positions were coated onto microtiter wells. Recombinant Tau proteins with or without defined phosphorylations were also coated. The antibody ARA6848 was applied as the primary antibody. Peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Signals were detected using a colorimetric assay.
Result: ARA6848 was raised against a peptide immunogen containing phosphorylated T205. The antibody recognizes pTau protein with an epitope containing phosphorylated T205. The antibody also weakly reacts with phosphorylated S202 though the site was not phosphorylated in the peptide immunogen.
