Intended Use
This product is used for diluting and liquefying test samples to facilitate detection of the target analyte using in vitro diagnostic reagents (after registration) or instruments. It does not directly participate in the detection process itself.
Detection Principle
The sample dilution buffer contains antibody protectants that help maintain antibody activity and stability, reduce non-specific binding, lower non-specific background staining, and improve the specificity and sensitivity of the experiment.
The primary antibody should be diluted to the optimal concentration with this sample dilution buffer according to the conditions optimized by the user through experimentation.

Sample Requirements
Suitable for diluting primary antibodies in various types of immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, and other immunological experiments. It is not recommended for the dilution of HRP-labeled antibodies.
Detection Method
1.Preparation: Under sterile conditions, take an appropriate amount of sample dilution buffer according to the manufacturer's instructions or user settings.
2.Mix the diluted antibody working solution thoroughly and set aside for use.
3.Improper storage of the sample dilution buffer can easily lead to protein degradation and loss of activity.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Interpretation of Test Results
The interpretation of results for immunological experiments such as immunohistochemistry and ELISA should be performed by qualified physicians.
Limitations of the Detection Method
1.Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, and other immunological experiments are multi-step processes. Non-standard operations during the dilution process may affect the final experimental results.
2.Professional operators and certified laboratories will help achieve standardization of the testing process, thereby reducing operational deviations caused by various external factors.
