This exosome ultrafiltration tube uses a 100kD molecular weight cut-off polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration membrane, featuring fast ultrafiltration speed, high concentration efficiency, and high exosome recovery rate. Its special anti-dry spin design can effectively prevent sample loss caused by over-rotation during centrifugation, ensuring a high exosome recovery rate. The concentrated exosomes are retained in the upper chamber of the ultrafiltration tube and are suitable for various downstream applications such as electron microscopy analysis, NTA particle size detection, proteomic analysis, and cell function experiments.
