Introduction
The feeding supplement for exosome - specific 293 serum - free medium is a serum - free and chemically defined medium supplement suitable for the culture of HEK293 cells. It is specifically designed for the R & D and production of exosomes from HEK293 cells. No serum needs to be added during the cell culture process. It can increase the viability and density of HEK293 cells, facilitating the massive secretion of exosomes. When used in combination with the exosome - specific 293 serum - free medium (Product No.: UR51163), it can increase the yield by 5 - 10 times compared with conventional 293 cell culture media.
Component description
1. Culture and expand suspension HEK293 cells until the cell density reaches 6×10⁶ - 8×10⁶ cells/mL, and then add the feeding supplement.
