Involved in the activation of follicular keratinocytes after wounding, while it does not play a major role in keratinocyte proliferation or migration. Participates in the regulation of epithelial migration by inhibiting the activity of SRC during wound repair.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human cervix cancer tissue labelling Cytokeratin 6A/B/C with ARA810 at 1:50. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0.

Cytokeratin 6A/B/C was immunoprecipitated from 0.4mg of A431 whole cell lysate with ARA810 at 1:50 dilution.
